Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions below apply to the use of this website at www.spinningchickengifts.co.uk (the ‘website’) which is operated by Spinning Chicken Gifts Ltd, who are registered in England and Wales – company registration number 15990846.  Using the website and or placing an order constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Prices & Payment

All prices on the website are in UK pounds (£). We are not currently VAT registered, so prices are excluded from VAT.

Payment via all major debit and credit cards are taken online via our site.

Delivery

We pride ourselves on getting you your items as quickly as possible.  Orders received by 2pm will normally be dispatched within 24 hours during Monday to Friday.  At peak times we process orders 7 days a week to ensure our items get to you as quickly as possible.

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class for the majority of our items, with couriers taking larger orders that may require this.  This is an untracked budget service that has been known to take up to 2 weeks in some areas.

Items sent with our Next Day Delivery are guaranteed to reach you by the end of the next working day within the UK mainland (Excluding Scotland), if ordered by 10AM Monday to Friday.

If a product has become unavailable  and we are not able to fulfil the order or there will be a delay in fulfilling the order we will advise you as soon as possible and offer a full refund, credit for an alternative product or the option for us to fulfill the order when stock has been received.

We will only ship to the UK only so no overseas orders can be fulfilled.

If any details that you give to us for your delivery address are incorrect then we are not liable if you do not receive any items you have ordered from us.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your items but in the unfortunate event that you’re not, we’ll do our very best to make it right. Simply get in touch and we’ll help you out.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the day you received your order, however this does not apply to certain items such as personalised gifts or items customised for you. It is vitally important that when you place your order that you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammar are correct as we copy what we get sent for item personalisation.
If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order we request you let us know ASAP by email to info@spinningchickengifts.co.uk and providing the item has not already been sent for production we can look to make the required alterations.
Please get in touch to cancel your order and we’ll refund your order excluding any delivery charges once we have received back the item in the same unused condition we sent it in and with all original packaging still intact.

If you’re unhappy with your item, please return it within 21 days to receive a refund, not including the initial postage charge. This does not apply to personalised items where there is an error made that was not a fault of ours or the item has not been cared for in your possession.

Please note that items are still your responsibility until it reaches us and  returns postage cost shall be borne by you. We recommend sending them by a secure delivery method that covers the cost of the item and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
