We offer a choice of UK delivery services, including free delivery on many of our smaller gifts.
Free Economy Delivery — £0.00
Available on many of our smaller products.
We generally use Royal Mail Second Class, an economical, untracked postal service.
Please allow up to 10 working days after dispatch.
We recommend this option for orders that aren’t time-sensitive.
Standard Tracked 48 — £3.00
Our economical tracked delivery service, available for both small and larger items.
- Usually sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or an equivalent service.
- Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Tracking information is provided.
Priority Tracked 24 — £5.00
Our recommended service for time-sensitive gifts.
- Usually sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or an equivalent priority service.
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Tracking information is provided.

Handmade and Personalised Gifts
Many of our gifts are handmade or personalised especially for you.
Production time is separate from delivery time.

Larger and Heavier Items
Some larger products don’t qualify for free economy delivery.
Standard Tracked 48 costs £3.00, with an optional upgrade to Priority Tracked 24 for £5.00.

Delivery Delays
Postal services can occasionally experience delays, particularly during busy periods.
For free economy delivery, we recommend allowing up to 10 working days after dispatch.
If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us. We’ll investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where required by your consumer rights.
International Delivery
We offer international shipping to selected destinations.
